I give my child permission to participate in the H.S.A. After-School Tutorial Program at Parkdale High School.

All classes start promptly at 2:45 p.m. and end at 4:15 p.m.

The first session for students who meet on Mondays and Wednesdays is Monday, January 29, 2007. the final class for Monday/Wednesday students is May 16, 2007.

The first session for the Tuesday/Thursday tutoring classes is Tuesday, January 30, 2007. The last day for these students is May 17, 2007.

Buses will be available to transport students to central locations near your child's designated bus stop. Students who normally ride the bus will be permitted to board these buses. Students on walking routes will be required to arrange for transportation home.

I understand that this program will best serve my child if he/she is prepared for and attends all tutoring sessions.

I understand if Prince George's County Public Schools CLOSE or DISMISS EARLY, there will be NO AFTER-SCHOOL TUTORING PROGRAM.
